For a change of scenery, I attended my cousin's wedding in Washington DC, USA.

These are very nice pictures Ron! Great work! My favorite is the boy with the blue kettle.

Most of the pictures are very enriching and makes me grateful for what I have.

You should win many awards for these pictures. I'm sure you have plenty, no?

Women carring water containers on their head is a recurrent theme in your pictures, and a striking one too.

Nice hat the farmer has , but if you don't tell us, we have no way of knowing from the picture that he's a sugar cane farmer.

As a matter of fact, that shot is a screen capture from a video that I shot a year ago...it recieved an award for best cinematography last month.

Duta,
One of my biggest projects this year was for me to document the need for clean drinking water in the third world--which explains why you see so many shots of women carrying water.

I love your images of daily life and people. I always wished that I could take good candid shots of people because when I look through photography books i always linger on these images. They are someones life and story wrapped up in a millisecond.
